Frame is made with one 12x12 sheet of cardstock and then it is decorated with one sheet of patterned paper. Add some ribbon, stickers..what ever you want and viola' done!
This "frame" also makes an adorable Easter Basket. I will post that tomorrow with more detailed instructions.
